"By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God's command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible." Hebrews 11:3Years ago, my cousin sent this delightful card to my Mom and Dad. After they passed away a few years ago, I found it in the collection of cards my mom saved, as we sifted thru the "the stuff they left behind". I thought that it would make a nice painting. I don't know who the artist was that painted it and I don't usually copy another artists painting. This seemed to be an exception, as I taught my Wednesday night watercolor class how to paint it. They all loved the card as I did! So.... to the unknown artist.....Thank you for the enjoyment you brought to many with your talent. May you be blessed by my art and my attempt to find joy in a memory of a Christmas card inspiration. |
